Thrashing Trails is a privately held 120 acre estate with some easy to moderate trails. It was mostly dirt trails and mud, some water crossings, and they had 1 or 2 difficult obstacles that some locals told us about about but we didn't really find.
They are open to 4x4s the second and third weekend of the month, and they want you to call ahead to to let them know you're coming (mostly if the trails are flooded and they don't open for a weekend). They're also open to dirt bikes the first and fourth weekend, and I think quads are allowed every weekend.
The guys name is Dan, and here is his phone number to make a "reservation" to hit the trails: 937-985-7380
It's most definitely easily navigated stock, but there are some areas to test out the truck a little bit. It was fun, it's no Rausch or Coal Creek rock crawling, but it was about 20 minutes away for me and a good way to spend a day.
They have a couple tow trucks to get you out if you get stuck as well (unfortunately figured that out the hard way this weekend ... broke 2 sets of tow straps trying to get out)
Here is the video from this weekend and a couple photos
