OH 23:00, Walked outside to View the skies.. Spotted the Planets.. Grabbed spotting scope.. COOL to see.
can see the nice cluster.. The Saturn Ring. Was hard to focus. Beer in one hand, Spotting scope in other.. NICE. 70 Degree's and warm Zero wind.
Did try to Line up Ipad Camera to scope.. NOT GONNA HAPPEN!!!.

So damn hit here in Southern Va. Like an idiot I decided to grill dinner.
On the bright side have grilled chicken breast sandwiches. Rubbed with onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne, chili pepper, cinnamon, and cumin. Basted with a mix of Frank's red hot and Texas Pete with a few drops of liquid smoke in it. Grilled with mesquite. Then you put it on a Hawaiian sweat bread bun with lettuce, dill pickles and cheddar cheese.
Its really good

Obviously I like SEAFOOD , but I'll pass on the anchovies but double up on the octopus and maybe some squid. Once at my dad's restaurant I grabbed the cocktail sauce instead of the pizza sauce and made a pizza for a regular who had quit a few beer's in him. Of course he offered the old man a slice of the pizza . Busted

@Zack.'s keen observations are accurate. It's right off highway 89 near North Lake Tahoe (Tahoe City). This is on the Truckee River, right off the bike path actually.

Just need to make it through the next 4 and half days then off for 10-16 days depending on how the weather holds. Will be camping at one on my favorite areas that has no cell service so can completely disconnect from the outside world.
