Heard some good news at work. We're apparently 25 people over manned in E&I and they're sending out minions in the mill to watch us work now.

There's a Coors brewery not terribly far from where my wife works. Splitting the distance to it and her job would put us in a pretty nice area of Virginia and be less than 30min each for drive time. But we keep creeping closer to NOVA.... *shudders*

it was a bit more wet and a diffrent texture then normal ground beef meatloaf. the flavour was good, specially with the bacon and cheese but something about the texture was a bit off. it could of been cause the ground turkey was previously frozen

I notice a lot more water coming off ground turkey when you use it for something like spaghetti or chili. It needs strained after you brown it. That would probably be difficult to do with meatloaf though. Maybe have to make it on top of a stand so the juices can run down under the meatloaf.
