went and found a holster from that site you linked. then went and looked at the shipping options Wow that was insane to have it shipped to Canada. Just for shipping it was between $42 and $118 USD on top of the $70 USD for the holster itself

This year it was arrive Tuesday with meet and greet. Wed-fri are trails fri is also rock challenge picture and raffle. Everyone left on Saturdays anyways. I kinda preferred it this way.
Next year is number 10 so it's supposed to be bigger but also meeting at the nissan place i think Sunday and starting trails on tuesday? And end like Friday or Thursday. The schedule hasn't been fully figured out yet.
