Just got a phone call from one of the managers at work. She was asking when I submitted a redress memo that was signed in the 27th of June. She was a bit taken back when I told her that it was submitted the same day it was signed. Considering they had 90 days as of the 21st of June to action the redress

If you dont have a sous vide.....get one. Put it in there for 2 hours.....seared it on the grill....cut it into 1" discs and seared those.....it was perfect

What’s a sous vide?

It’s the thing where you put your meat in a bag then put it in hot water to cook.

Traps all the juices so they can’t leak out.

Yup keeps all the juices in and helps the flavors get deep in there. Doneness is more of a temp not a color (though they go together) so you can have a really red steak that is fully cooked. I do steak at like 130 degrees then take it out to the grill and use a skillet and butter to sear it....I swear by the sous vide. Ive made pork chops that can be cut in one pass with a plastic knife.

Their original sandwiches like the beef and cheddar, and french dip are good. Their newer and specialty sandwiches are not so good. I really don't care for their fries either I usually get their jalapeno poppers or mozzarella sticks.
So much this. Double roast beef and mozz. Put the sauce on top of the meat stack and in the middle.
