One day I'm going to brine a pork butt in hard cider and some other stuff for like 24-48 hours then smoke it.
I have too, bacon it the only form I can get pork belly in around here.

When I make “lazy pulled pork” I use birch beer. Throw the pork in crock pot, throw in enough birch beer to barely cover the top of the meat and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Add sweet baby rays bbq sauce after you pull it.

Chops below ham. I don't care much for just chops. We usually cook them in our home-made chili powder in the oven and they are decent, but not that high on my list.
