For me this is easy because I actually enjoy doing meal prep on sundays. ECXC is gonna suck because I can't really meal prep during it so I am going to have to get creative and will probably be eating a ton of veggies as my snacks. The good thing is I can still have jerky for road snacks.
However, keep in mind I am doing a diet with a specific target in mind. If you want to just be healthier in general, that is easy considering what i have seen you post for meals...more often than one should eat that much processed shiat
The problem with that is you are simply dieting via massive caloric deficit...like unhealthy deficit. So yea, you're going to lose weight but you're basically only having 1 meal a day.holy heck. well you remember what my diet was right? it was just for pure fat loss for the working man.
short and sweet.
breakfast- bullshiat free protien bar w/fiber, coffee with a dash of sugar and fat free milk.
lunch- Isopure protein drink, water.
dinner- lean cuts of meat ranging from steak, chicken, pork, and fish. steamed pure veggies and salad with a dash of light ranch.
started that in spring of 2017 at 390 and as of late summer early fall so right around Went i got down to 340.
currently since started my new job i have not been on a diet but i havnt gained of corse since im still keeping tabs on what i eat. infact im slowly lossing weight since being a fuel tanker driver is actually one of the most active trucking jobs you can have. and with that ive also noticed ive gained back some muscle mass in my upper body. next round of grocery shopping will be the start of diet round too.

I'd recommend getting a better breakfast even if you have to hardboil eggs the night before and cook up some bacon. Then you can grab and go when you're on your way to work. Make lunch a meal replacement protein bar instead of a basic protein bar (metrx has ones that are like 300 cals). Then use your protein shake as a snack. Keep dinner the same. Add in snacks of fruits and veggies in between meals. You're body will thank you.
Most people don't realize that when you put your body into starvation mode by eating too little, it will begin to just hold onto ANYTHING you eat. Good bad or indifferent.
