Hot dog buns. Instead of being split on the side like. You know. All hot dog buns in the history of forever. These are cut on the top. And it's a super popular thing here. To the point that the normal Petridge Farm buns that you can buy anywhere are top cut too.

New England-style hot dog rolls, man. They're all top split. They hold the dog and all the TOPpings (they are meant to go on top) and keep the whole shebang together.
They also make the best lobster rolls, and are the best vessel for tuna salad, chicken salad, egg salad...
