I have been really liking the CRKT knives lately
A reliable companies. I have a couple CRKT, a couple Kershaws, a couple Spydercos, and a few more. Currently I EDC a Leatherman MUT and DPX HEST fixed blade at work and a PM2 and leatherman Wave when I am in normal clothes

Here is a pic of the HEST

I have a couple crkt, a couple Fox (love the stilleto), some benchmades and some spyderco. Most reliable and those that keep blade have been my fox, spyderco and benchmade in no particular order. Current edc is the mini crooked river I picked up a few months back. Occasionally still carry my yojimbo by spyderco.

Do you ever take advantage of the knives the are exclusive to military and police? I know gerber and a few other knife companies have some.

IMHO Gerber is complete garbage, I have handled their bear grills line, as well as some of their other lines and have an issued gerber multy tool and am not a fan. have been well served with the DPX, ESEE, Kershaw as well as Leatherman and carried and used a SOG seal pup on 2 separate deployments. I tend to be very hard on my blades and absolutely love the no questions asked warranty of ESEE and DPX.

I have my baby Gerber it's ok but I carry it when I'm at work for the knife it was kind of high priced. Holds an edge for a week or to depends on what I use it to cut. I will never spend the money on anything that has the grills name they seam cheaply made. I have a bunch of random knives that I have gotten over the years some of the collectables from Franklin mint. I have a browning knife is junk I can't get a good edge on it to save my life. I had one old timer i loved but it disappeared along with one of my hunting knives.
Here is a pick of my everyday carry

When gun show season starts I'm thinking about hitting them and picking up some knives from custom knife makers. I'm still mad at myself for passing up one last year for $70 that thing was beautiful.
