Basically they kind of do what Jim said she had a problem with her jaw popping when she opened her mouth so these will help with that and get rid of her under bite. They act like sway bars she can only open and close her mouth she can't move her jaw side to side now. The drilled holes in her teeth and mounted them to the teeth.
