Parking brake cables are a PITA. I don't care what vehicle you're using.

I have to agree. I fought the front cable for HOURS today, just trying to get the new cable routed through the mechanism in the pedal. Couldn't get to the 4th nut to remove the mechanism from the truck.

Brute force proved both necessary and effective, and at least the front cable is in. Still need to replace everything behind it and figure out how to make the over-length cable work.

Big days ahead. Closing the house on weds, getting some furniture delivered on thurs. Had to buy a new powerdrill this weekend too. My black and decker nicad batteries died and it was cheaper to buy a new lithium ion drill than it was 2 batteries.
Sidenote...drill (tool only) for sale?

If mine got totalled, I'd be going Pro4X. I'd buy it back from the insurance, part out all the mods and have a good chunk of change for a down payment on a new one.

/already have a plan
