I'm picky about seafood. I like shrimp, crawfish, sushi, and actual fresh fish. That's about it. Occasionally I get a wild hair for some fish and chips.

Meat kept room temperature in a can shouldn't be a thing. People be like, "canned tuna never goes bad!" I see that as an error. It's level of edibility does not change, true, but that's a low bar to begin with.

If I'm going to eat tuna, give me a seared tuna steak. Or roll it with some avocado, rice, seasoning, and seaweed. Oh. And don't forget the Wasabi.

But if I wanted to eat cat food, I'd go get some Purina.

I'll put tuna salad in the same arena as crab cakes. When you have to put so much shiat in it just to make it taste good, the starting point must have been pretty ufcking bad.

Horseradish mustard is my sub for mayo. Not even close to the same but it makes dry bread moist.
Moist. I dunno why I like that word.
