40L waterproof duffel from RGD. Build quality seems great. Scuba zipper is also air tight. I love good quality stuff. I can finally retire my old Columbia PFG from about 12 years ago.

Anyone know who sells the switch panel to replace the panel where the mic is on the fancy version of the map light? (Gen2)

But in all honesty I would try to use a switch pod similar to what I have installed in my Silverado. I know that some companies make an extension cable that fits to extend the placement location of the touch pad

I found a 3d printed one on Etsy, going to start from there. I like the idea of the switch pod, but they seem kinda pricey for what they are.

Well HVAC guys just left. $250 service call to find out that my AC was out of refregerant and it needs to be replaced. They topped it ip hopefully to take us through yhe rest of the summer and give us some time to save up for a new unit. I huess that 35 year of service on this AC unit is a good run
With your winters this might not be the ideal set up but my heat pump failed a few years ago, was 15 years old and the compressor went out. After a lot of research I decided to install a mini split system myself. I bought it from a company in Florida. 3-9000btu, 1- 12,000btu wall units and a large enough outdoor (inverter) to handle those. Cost about $3,600.00 took me the better parts of 2 weekends to install it and than paid $400 for a certified company to do the finale inspection on the system and approve it so I could get the warranty. My local power company gave me a $600 credit for energy efficiency. My summer bill is less than half what it was before and my winter bill is about 20% less as mini splits are not as efficient at heating as they are cooling.

Also the system is great if one of the kids stays out of the house for a night, weekend, weeks at camp or with family I just turn their unit off. When it needs to go back on close their door turn the unit on and in less than 20 minutes the room is the right temp.

We currently have a central air and heat system so going with heat pumps would be a bit more expensive actually from what the HVAC guy was telling us. He quoted about $4500-$5000 for a new AC unit or $8000 to just replace the condenser unit
