Yeah, I’m wondering the same, but also if they’d be alright with somebody personally owning it and also using it for camping and hanging out with other 4x4s. Might take much less too.I just caught myself looking at the property and thinking about itI guess the question would be what are the HOA rule's , can you leave it like it is or do you have to build a structure, would they be alright with a 4x4 club owning it for camping/meet-up's/hanging out ?
With the minimum down it's $62 a month with tax/HOA fee ! that's 15.50 per month a piece for 4 Xer's for 30 y's or around $60 a piece per month for 7.5 year's .

Yeah the HOA is more like a “hunt club” to give access to pavilions and ponds. Most lots have rusted out hunting trailers or shacks sitting on them.
