Just washed and vacuumed the truck. Temp went up to -6 so took a chance. Glad I did. Can’t wait until spring so I can do a full detailed clean and wash inside and out to get all of the residual salt removed

That kind of weather and no power? ufck!

The wife is stuck in Austin. Her girls weekend is shaping up to be a bit longer. Can't get her a flight out until Wednesday.

Coworker had been without power since 5. It's 47 in his house right now.
And I'm at work because of a generator failure

Had one Weber doing an indirect cook with a little oak for a reverse sear on the steaks, one grill using the Vortex for the tater wedges, and our propane burner running the big pot for the crab legs. It was a juggling act there for a minute when things started getting done!

I've seen it but haven't tried it yet. I love hot sauce in left over pasta, like lasagna.

I do as well, but I probably wouldn't do Old Bay for that one. For making wings it's absolutely killer. In any chowder or on pretty much any poultry/seafood it's really good. But for stuff like pasta and eggs I stick with Frank's. Or sometimes Cholula. I'm not big on heat - just the flavor.

My favorite for pasta is Tabasco Mild jalapeño. Not overly hot but a nice jalapeño flavor to complement the pasta.
