Tritip, stew base, and lamb getting ready to make the stews for St Patty’s day. Secret is the stew base made from carrots, onions, and celery all sautéed in butter til sweet then blended. Lamb stew gets wine and rosemary/ sage beef gets Guinness. Then on to meat pies, shepherd's pie, and corned beef. Gotta beer shop yet too. My best friend that I used to celebrate St Patty’s with passed this year so this one is for him. Have a great weekend everyone!
