Buddy's trying out pork belly for the first time. Smoking it low and slow then gonna cut into bite sized chunks, reseason and cover with brown sugar before putting on the grill. We'll see.

It fits that little truck tho, she was headed for car heaven, I invested 3+ years of time, probably close to 12k to repair and build it up, she is still alive. Probably gonna have to do things like silicone hoses and new trans at some point, but I drove it to lunch today

welp, had a little extra fun last night. had a work light switch on my trailer short out and blow the trailer hot line fuse on the tractor. so i lost work lights and my Scully system (Ground/overfill protection) was dead. had to run to the towing and service shop we have down the road from the places we load at. only took and hour, but holy shiat when that bitch went it put my truck in low voltage protection mode which scared the hell out of me before i started the truck up again. ugh.
