So, a lot of these older Silver Age books were put into these long boxes in the 90s. And it amazes me how many were just shoved into that box without a bag and board. Just stacks of them. No thought of preservation. Just, "shove it in there" going on. Some of them are beyond hope. But several would be in much better shape if they were bagged.

My leg surgeries have now created blood clots in both legs and the docs think uping my blood thinners is what's needed. I questioned it and they've ghosted me. Been bumming and stressed lately. Since the sonogram both legs are super swollen and painfull. I can barley put on pants or climb in the truck.. ufckers!

And one was quoted to be on the move at the femoral artery.

My condolences. I have circulation problems in my legs and had to do the sonogram thing too. Burned all the skin off my lower legs 40 years ago and still paying for it I sleep with a leg pillow to keep the swelling in my legs down. But I haven’t had blood clots. Very sorry for your situation and at least partly understand how painful it can be. Good luck finding a doctor that will work with you. Really enjoy all of your cooking exploits. Hope you get better soon!

They got back to me with the info that the dbl dose of eliquis was enough, after 7 days, to have dissolved the clotting. 7 days was up yesterday so, we'll see. I have another sonogram scheduled soon but in the meantime they said the swelling was from the massive amounts of shiat they did while inside the legs and it should get better with time, pretty normal in my circumstance. Probably a standard line.

I’m still relatively new to tow tractor trailer so when a delivery truck with a pup trailer on the side of the road came in I got sent since it was supposed to be a cake walk vs a sleeper with a 53’ to be a learning experience, except he wasn’t on the side of the highway, he’d turned into a forest service road thru a cattle guard and parked in the sand, and try as I might, couldn’t get it thru the cattle guard and 90* back on the 2 lane road, maybe someone with more experience, but I kept running out of room to swing the nose of the tow truck around. Pulled up the map and decided to take a chance as it looked not that bad and road itself was hard pack, all ended well but just imagine tent camping in the middle of the forest and here comes ol relentless in this A8A0A67D-A740-40AF-95FF-FFDB62EE48D9.jpeg

Why does the coat guard need an a10?
To guard their coats?

Because the A-10 is the most "F you because I can" airframe in the history of air craft.

They do provide a lot of support and deal with international incidents, so you gotta wonder if than includes coke runners in speedboats sometimes. I mean, wouldnt you give up if that was behind/above/in front of you?

Thought they had a pretty low stall speed, but don't know about their ability to linger or if they can go slow enough to stay with a boat. Mostly think of them in the tank busting, fly home resembling Swiss cheese mode.

To the war thunder forums I guess.
