The short my x was totaled, I am buying it back there is a pro 4x in the junk yard pros or cons got the steering wheel , air bag and clock spring . Would there be anything that I should be aware of?
If it's an actual Pro4X then it will have lower gearing and if your X was an automatic, the Pro4X will have a heavier duty rear axle as well. The short my x was totaled, I am buying it back there is a pro 4x in the junk yard pros or cons got the steering wheel , air bag and clock spring . Most Titan swaps use the factory rear axle because there's less involved with it that way. Read through @Prime thread on the full swap. There's a good bit of fab and a lot more parts replacement with the full Titan rear axle.Ok thats what I was afraid of, but great advice, so more beneficial to wait for titan parts later.
Sorry for the noob question where might I find the said service manuel? You may want to go a little more simple on the wiring. The Pro-4X is pretty integrated. My advice Would be to download a factory service manual and get cozy with the schematics before you jump right into replacing and adding parts.
