Replacement racks

I am looking for a rack that replaces the factory rack. I know Gobi makes some, are there any others out there?

Google xoskel. They make ones that are better than Gobi and I believe competitively prices.

Thanks guys. Not sure how I missed the rack onmy first visit to xoskel.com the first time, but thanks to civicjoe I see it now. That rack looks pretty nice. I appreciate the info.

I missed it the first time I was on his site. He actually has two different heights for his racks just like Gobi does. If you email him he can send you pictures so you can really see the difference. I've actually got him making me one of the standard size ones now.

Being in AZ, I've seen a few of John's (fangars) roof racks, and the build is top quality. Better welds than the Gobi, and if you tell him what lights you want to use up top, he can customize the front to fit your lights. Look up his rack (round KC daylighters) and then look up AZ-Ted's rack (rectangle KCs) and see the difference he put intotw two. Plus he's a cool guy, lol.

You could always ask. I know right now he has put a lot of projects on hold to work on products for Taco's because they are a much larger crowd than the X crowd.

Simply b/c I am slightly lazy AND I thought it would be useful to have a thread that has pics of various roof racks on it, I was wondering if those with aftermarket racks could post up pics of them? Let us know what brand or if you made it on your own and what pros/cons and cost was of it?

I ask b/c I am considering getting one since my wetbox has decided to break and I really just need to start storing more crap up that rather than inside the X.

Mel Id go gobi, honestly its going to be spendy thats for sure, but you cant beat it. And as long as you arent apart of a group buy you can have it in a timely manner. I'll message you
