Not sure what direction to go. Help a brother out.

Alright here it goes.
I had to change the damn bypass hose (I'll sell the truck if it happens again).
Pulled the distributor to get at it.
After I got it back together it was throwing multiple codes (O2 bank 1,cyl 1 misfire,multi cyl misfire,etc).
Threw a new cap,rotor and wires on it and timed it.

Now has a slight shudder at idle and steady speed,seems ok during acceleration.
Still throwing O2 bank 1 code (yes it's lighting up the ses) and sometimes cyl 1 misfire.

Really don't know what direction to go with it. Gonna get a new O2 sensor but I know that's not gonna solve the problem.

Any idea's?

When was the last time or ever the Dizzy been replaced? Once the bearings go they act all strange..

Maybe when you pulled it.. It activated the **** storm

How old are the spark plug wires? You disturbed the wires so if they were starting to degrade you may have sped it up moving them around.
