NEXTerra, the most active Xterra Club in the North-East and the Supporting Members of NEXTerra are going on a Florida Vacation to “Old Florida Roadâ€
Come out and Experience some Modified Xterra Off-Road action!
Everyone is welcome to ride along, spot take pictures, etc. however running this crap is for grown ups, it’s the nanny’s day off so you’ll need to be self sufficient (no crying).
There is a 12 Rig limit for this trail run, it will be on a 1st come 1st serve basis, and then there will be a waiting list.
Rigs must meet the following requirements;
33" or larger tires
at least 1 working locker
a working winch
full armor
Air intake should be high enough to ford 30 inches of water.
You will need to navigate steep approach, departure, off-camber and flexing angles, large ledges, rock gardens and washouts.
Damage should be anticipated, but hopefully avoided.
Please understand the restrictions are not meant to hurt anyone’s feelings, it is just that the trail is so unforgiving and these guys will be too busy dragging my junk heap through there to have time to help you…
Run Date: June 30th
Meeting spot location for OFR attendees:
The McDonalds parking lot @
2 Commercial Street. Adams MA. 01220
Meeting Time 9:30am, rolling out at 9:45 to get to trail head for 10:00am.
There is limited trailer parking at Trailhead due to the Towns concerns of vehicles on the road side.
So far the attendees are;
Bass4runner (Locked and Loaded Toy on 45’s)
Bklyn.X (Locked X on 33’s)
Svendog (SAS’d 1st Gen)
XterraVT (SAS’d 2nd Gen)
As you can see I will be the least equipped MF’er running this so keep that in mind when deciding…post up HERE if interested.
