I have been a member of this site for awhile now, but am just now getting around to updating posts my Xterra; no doubt because of the obvious lack of mods in comparison to others. Yet now is as good a time as any, I guess. Much of what has been done is pretty tame, granted, but as OEM equipment wears out, then (to quote a Forum member) I won't just "replace"...I will "upgrade".
This is my everyday driver, hunting vehicle, and family hauler. While my goals are far loftier then my wallet is deep, time and patience will get each and every mod installed and done right. I'm pretty sure that as the years progress and the scratches, dings and dents accumulate, I will lean toward taking the X to a more serious off road vehicle; but for now I am quite content in being able to intimidate the legions of Washington DC hybrid drivers with impunity.
Numerous valuable lessons have been learned from the fine members of this Forum, and hundreds of $$ saved (if not more), so many Thanks in Advance for such a great site!

Tranny Blows Up @ 7948 miles. Dealer had to have a new one trucked in from factory, while I flogged a G35 to death for 2 weeks!
