you looking for oem or aftermarket? When one of my oem ones melted I stuck some of these in and am pretty happy with them. They arent going to light up the world light a light bar or anything, but they do light up the road directly in front of the truck pretty well. I bolted them to the factory bracket with took a little bit of bending to get everything to sit where I wanted, but nothing hard all done by hand.

Yea, I'd prefer the rectangle ones but in a pinch I'll make due with round as long as the connections are the same and they're 35w..
I found this today - if you want to pursue them and find out if their Fog Lights still work? and if they wont' ship, I can probably arrange to pick them up and ship them to you. LMK

Here's another way I find used parts for mine.
http://www.car-part.com/ I bought a new ABS controller locally for $125. They basically search the country for the part you want and then email you a list of where to get it.
