Looking at Zs

So January 2015 I'm gonna be graduated. I'm gonna be looking for a new to me Z. The X will still be there but will probably be my winter/recreation vehicle. My options are find a decent 300zx TT but that might be too much of a project for me since I need it as a daily. And need it to be reliable not a project. Now, I could try to find a 370 with under 50,000 miles for under 23k possible? Yes. Likely? No but i wouldn't mod it very much due to lack of funds. Which sounds like no fun to me really. Or I could look for a 350z with under 40k miles for under 18k and have some money for mods. What do you guys think. I wanna go fast again!

I've been looking at Zs myself.. I need better mileage and I too wanna go fast haha. It's either between a Z or WRX/STi. I'd love to have a 370Z but realistically if I do get a Z, it'd be a 350Z.

I literally am in the exact same boat the wrx Sti may just be too far outta my price range for the lower miles I want on a stock turbo

I would love the Nismo edition (with brembo) but it might be less expensive to just buy the base and swap out all the performance Nismo parts minus the body kit I have a different idea for the body

i vote 350. and if you want good gas mileage a wrx or sti isn't for you. 17/23 mpg. not to mention, good luck finding one for under $25k with under 40k miles on it. even the 07 with 90k miles is worth over $20k. and not to mention you probably won't find a stock one. no one really keeps them stock.

350 came out in 2002, which is around when the VQ made its debut. The older 300z had a VG30

Debadging the 04 G35 ;) with some plasti dip on the side..

The miles thing is going to be the hard issue.. Price was my major issue.. Found me a 2004 Z350 for 8k but it had 120k on it.

dude i love the throaty groan of a vq. the infiniti g35 like yours has the best stock exhaust sound out of any stock car under 50k. 100%
