Hey everyone. From vermont, trying to survive this never ending winter. Auto mechanic at a hyundai/ dodge jeep ect. Dealership. We had an 06 xterra come in on trade and I fell in love with it. I wanted it so bad But I couldn't make it work out with my less-than-a-year-old hyundai veloster turbo for a trade in. ( no I don't want to talk about it.) So I started looking around and found my soon to be 2013 Xterra. Picked it up September of last year and have never looked back. Have a 2.5 rough country lift installed so far. As of today have brand new set of 285/75R16 BFG a/t ko2's sitting in my bay at work, just need to find some time to get them on!
Used to be a vw guy and was big into the vwvortex scene but have moved on to bigger and better things! Anyways, I will stop rambling now...

Came into work early and put my tires on! Planning on checking alignment after work. Does anyone know if there is a different spec. after you install a lift? I just have a 2.5 rough country, but wasn't sure if factory specs. are fine/ if anyone know of something better. I'm assuming factory is good.

Ooooo those are the new A/Ts from BFG! I wondered what they actually looked like on a vehicle.

Oh yeah, welcome to XN! Don't mind me, just drooling over the Gen2 Blue and the tires.

For a PML to 3" SL:

This is a better spec for alignment:

1) Set Camber to as close to zero as possible (FIRST)

2) Try for caster at 0.3 to 0.6 deg, with the LEFT less than the right by ~ 0.3 - 0.6 deg (Go for the most you can get on the RIGHT, with the left less by ~ 0.3 - 0.6)

IE:

Camber = 0.0 L.....0.0 R

Caster = 0.9 L......1.2 deg R

Toe-in = 0.08" L......0.08" R

TOTAL Toe-in = 0.16"

This is a Gen 2...

Im hoping you did camber bolts since the Xterra doesn't come from the factory with them..

I did do cam bolts. I was pretty bummed out when I saw there were none. Even tho it only had 14k on it, I did have one that didn't want to come out. I made sure to grease the new ones prior to install. I know first hand how stubborn they can be... I didn't see any way to adjust caster tho. I do still have factory uca's I'm sure they make some that are adjustable, unless i'm missing something...

If you want a good pair not so expensive adjustable UCA's. Spc's are the way to go. You may gave to grind back part of your coil bucket. But I can give you a how to if/when you cross that bridge. With those you can dial in alignment pretty well.
