Hey all!
Names Justin! Live in Everett, WA and work in Redmond, WA. I drive normally a 2013 Toyota Tundra CrewMax SuperWhite with a dipped roof matte black, and front and rear black bumpers with blacked out headlight mod and LED interior lights. More to come on this truck as it will be Full LT when I'm done, but the cost of "accessories" for Tundrasaurus-Rex are generally double or triple what I'd spend on the X so I'm balancing what I'm doing with each vehicle.
Onto Rexterra! See a theme? Anyways currently its the wife's DD all 3 miles round trip of her commute! The X has been in my family since it rolled off the lot back in Late 99! Its a 2000 XE V6 Auto Black, with blacked out front and rear bumpers, removed nerf bars, removed basket and wind dam. Just this Thursday/Friday I received and installed the Eagle Eye Clear lenses in prep for my first projector retrofit before I dive into the Tundra with this. Figured its easier to replace 80$ Headlamps than 300+$ Headlamps. Also went with the Clear Corners as well, hence why it took two days to do the installs. While I was behind the Corners I replaced the side marker incandescent with an LED I had lying around from my Tundra Interior light replacements. They look KILLER, however now I NEED to do the projector retrofit so it doesn't look outta whack! I also removed the front plastic mudflaps and front rear plastic trim to fit those 31's on there. Its also got a few stickers... I think you can tell what one of my favorite hobbies are! I plan to do a full SAS on this beast but I'll be taking my time with that as I also have a house to fix up(first house) and I'm the president of the PNW Tundra Club. So I have a lot on my plate. Ill be around for sure from time to time but for now Ill leave you with some pics of where Rexterra and Tundrasaurus-Rex sit today!
Oh and if anyone was wondering, none of the above pictures have the Eagle Eyes installed. But this ONE picture shows OEM versus Clear. And Even with Halogen... WAY BETTER!
