I have only been to this OFF-Road park once. So keep that in mind.

WEB SITE: http://www.cityofbridgeport.net/index.aspx?nid=322

This Off-Road Park is only open on weekends. They post up by Wednesday/Thursday if it will be open on that weekend. This is due to weather and quite a few of the trails are on old creek beds that would get quite muddy and nasty if wet.

They require you to have a Texas OHV Program sticker. More information on these stickers is at the following link incluiding where to get them. Bridgeport Off road park does not sell them.

This was a fun park to be at but a lot of the trails where not marked. And if they where they were only marked on one of the Entrances/Exits. They do give you a map but it gets really confusing quickly. I would recommend going with someone who's been there before. I met a few people who asked for directions on how to leave (too bad I was new too.)

If you care about your vehicle I would walk the trail first. Some of the trails have Cliffs/Drop offs after going over a Blind hill. There is a good range of trails to ride on. In the 7 hours I was there I road almost every 2 and 3 diamonds. So its not going to be a park you can just keep riding new trails at. There are a lot of short hidden "jeep" trails that I had a blast on and would of never found, if I was not following a local. They do have a decent amount of stock friendly trails. We where in a group of a stock Rubican, Stock Pro-4x, TS Pro-4x during the morning.

The entrance gate did have an air compressor to fill tires back up if you aired down. (I would ask before you air down just to make sure.)

There is a entrance fee just visit the site above to find out what it is. Also if it has recently rained a lot of the trails would become real difficult as the Off Road Park seems to be in a real old rock quarry.

If anyone has anything else to add please do.

Fun Park for a quick trip out

I enjoy this park (it's smaller than I would like), but it's the only park I've been able to go to since moving from So California to Fort Worth Texas. I've been out here a number of times and I always manage to entertain myself and the kids while freaking the wife out to the point where she won't come with us anymore (so sad).
I'm heading to the park tomorrow to play for a few hours with some friends in their Jeeps. If anyone in the area wants to go out let me know and we will look for you...
