Anyone running a prerunner bumper?

ya i do. so do a couple other guys here but everyone here calls them tube bumpers.
tube with full skids. ran me about 100 bucks total skids included for metal and a 30pack and a day of my and a friends time.

I believe this is just a pre runner bar, not actually a full bumper

Yeah the prerunner bar is pretty sturdy. The lights don't shake much at all. If you are looking for something just to mount lights I reccomend it.

Ordered the DOM tubing for front and back tube bumpers today. Very excited. AZ, what did you use for skid metal? Pics?

3/16 steel is the way to go

hm sheet metal. not a very thick gauge because of the weight. just made it to heavy. im working on doing a new one though kind of like xterrors. i think i used 3/16'ths also now that he posted that. mine was very basic though. 5 whole sheet lol. working on doing one right now with a big X in the middle of it. and drop downs for the side part like terror has was to hard to try and fab a corner piece with my bumper..
