Fixed the leaking sunroof once and for all. It had been making the headliner damp for a while but after the torrential rain we had here a few weeks ago, the damn passenger seat had a lake in it! Found the drain on the drivers side front clogged and the passengers side had fallen off. Got it all...

Honestly I think that's the route I'm going to take. Apparently they are also the reason for the harsh yet oddly loose feeling ride in the rear.

Is it using oil as well? On my 2002 the catalytic converter disintegrated and got sucked into the motor. The same symptoms followed for me, poor running, massive oil consumption, blow by smoke coming from the dip stick tube and oil filler cap when removed. Plus the top end making an awful racket.
