Rugged Rocks DC Power alternator

Anyone else have one of these? I bought one in 2020 and didn’t install it until early 2022. Of course, it has just left me stranded 4 hours away from home… going to try and get it rebuilt but wonder if anyone else has had one fail?

Is that the 180 or 270? Was looking into these myself. Were you able to get it fixed and was it covered under any warranty?
