Need Bigger Tires
I ran Cooper ST/MAXX in 255/85r15 on my old X for like 60k km, a bit loud but I was really happy with them, Im gonna buy another set for the new one. Also, despite being MT, they were still quieter than the garbage Hancooks that came on the '15.

Finished getting all the panels hung on the outer walls today, and got all the edges of the box completely sealed with sikaflex. It's not pretty yet, but all the edges will be trimmed with aluminum to hide the sealant, after its all painted.

Look's good ! Are you going to install some kind of weather striping around the side door to help keep dry ?
I wonder if you could put a piece of angled something [wood-aluminum] vertically on the leading edge to deflect the wind away while moving which should carry the rain with it .

I know exactly how I'm going to seal the doors up.

I'm going to use a thin piece of aluminum angle that goes around the outside of the cutout. On top of that, will sit a.1/2 in X 1/2 in piece of aluminum angle for the back of the door to rest and seal against. I'll seal the door with aluminum weather stripping.

Between the pieces of angle, I'll put a bead of sikaflex sealant to prevent any water from getting in.

I'm not rebuilding the doors until I have proper measurements once the aluminum is in place.

I have not seen this - I will have to check it out.
if you like history, you will love this. History is often written by the victors of war and conflict so this does a very good job at throwing you into lives of the common German army (wehrmacht) Solider on the eastern front both good and bad.
