I'm hoping by the other side you mean today ! Divorce is more constructive and appreciated by family and friend's then drinking yourself into the ground. My parent's parted way's before I was one and I'm glad my Dad's in my life 60 year's later . Knit everyone you know a beanie and take some time to think about what you want out of the next day, the next month or the following year. Ask your kid's what they want in their future ; I bet they say you !!

Tried these guys today... reasonable inspection fee, $170, but another $240 in travel. ($410.00total). Too much to spend on a gamble for a $4200 listing . I just need to be patient. One will pop up closer.
