This is pretty off topic, but i was looking back at the beginning of your build thread when you added the KC daylighters to your brush guard, since i have the same set up, i was wondering how you mounted the lights on the original brush guard? Did you use the stock KC hardware or did you have to buy extra parts to make it fit?

I had to buy new washers because the lower ones that came with the lights were too big to fit in the holes that were already in the brush guard. I used locktite but when I took the brush guard off I wasnt able to undo the lights so I had to cut it up.

I could have cut larger holes but it was easier to just use washers.

how did you tighten everything down, was there a hole on the underside of the tube?

As you can see there was a larger hole in the bottom side that everything went into.

The person that had it before had lights on there but took them off before taking it to the dealership.

Spotted you the other day. Was going to take a pic but didn't have time. Your x looks REALLY good in person. Just a side note, have you seen another lifted blacked out x floating around our area (not sure of he's on the forums or not)?

Well thank ya! Where did you see me? Ive been all over the place in the past few weeks.

The only other Xs I know of in the area is mirage (red, lifted and SC'd 1st gen in greenville) and Gamecocks (blue and lifted 2nd gen 30-45 minutes south of here)

Ive seen another silver 1stgen in spartanburg/duncan several times and weve waved but thats it. As for a modded black X i havent seen it.

Ah ok....i was feeling bad for not seeing you. If you see me parked at the gym in the same shopping center step in and say hey. I normally have my XN hat on.....just look for the bearded guy thats either about to die running or lifting too much weight.
