Yeah, those are cutouts for the stock marker lights. The 4 bolts are because I live in a communist state and they require a front license plate.

Too bad it got bent but you have to realize that when you go out on the trail your just going to re-bend it when you hit the next tree or rock right? As xterror04 said get the BFH out and its fixed! post some pics of it done and installed on the truck.
Don't know about Jay, but if I received a bumper and it was bent that I paid good money for, I'd like it perfect.
If I bend it while it's on my vehicle that's something totally different than being installed all jacked up.
