That's cool, and yeah, anytime. If we have some late winter rain this year, it should be a phenominal April-June for wild flowers.

Thanks guys. I've got big plans for the X coming up :)

I can almost taste the lift! It's just within my grasp. My plans are to order the NissTec Ultimate Lift Kit but I've already got a Deaver AAL from OKXterra & MississippiGal.

So the question I pose is, should I just ask if they'll remove the AAL from the kit and knock that amount off or what?

And, do I need anything else additionally when doing my lift? Such as, the SPC Camber Bolt Kit?

Or do I need to add a set of Front Bilstein Height Adjustable Shocks?

Id suggest getting the cam bolts, they can probably get you aligned w/o but its better to go this route, you can go with the bilsteins if you really want, the ones in the kit are still bilstien 5100s just with a different mounts and you get eibach coils dont know if those are going to do anything extra for you since it doesnt say anything about an increased strength like the emu hd coils, but they do claim that they are ready to be installed. so thats a plus so you wont need a spring compressor. And with that weight up front like the hefty id recommend stronger springs but youll probably be ok unless you plan to add sliders or any other armor soon. Ive read that people go with 600# springs often go backwards because its too stiff IIRC.

So you're saying I should go with the Complete Old Man Emu suspension w/AAL with the Cam Bolt set and HD Coilovers? That runs $910 w/assembled coilovers. And I've have to choose between the included AAL or the ones I bought earlier. Would the kit included one be better or what?

That's actually cheaper than the NissTec lift I'd mentioned earlier. I'm wondering what the difference between the two is. And that's with $110 being charged for the assembly.

The only thing I think I know about these questions you ask is:

The 2005 and up Xterras (and other Nissans) do not come from factory with the cam bolts, If you have already added some to get an alignment done before then you should be able to re-use them.

Sort of, I mean I've heard really good things about the OME stuff, I just saw that they offer the upgraded springs. I don't know what the true plans of your truck are. The first kit you were looking at was good and all you needed to do there was to talk to nisstech about getting upgraded coils, or tell them how your truck sits now and how you want it to sit in the realistic future. I Iike the coil overs on the first kit but at the same time I kinda feel like they are the same bilstiens I have just with nicer clothes on, if you get my drift. I don't know about the leaf springs vs the aal, but I do know that you can get an increased load on the emu leaf pack.
Tighthams I think is the guys name over on tnx I believe has the OME kit and has a hefty front and rear bumper, think he might have sliders too. You could ask him for info on the kit, I believe he even got it from nisstech.
Or there's always the ask Greg at prg option as well with something like the OME vs radflos vs bilstiens, he'll be able to help you just gotta call him.

Yeah. I know Tighthams rig, I'll pm him with a question on it. Thanks for the help Joe. I really like the OME kit, I just don't like how some of the stuff gets back ordered overseas and all. I'll start feelers with NissTec.

Yeah I know what you mean, they( being ARB) told me it would take like 6-8 weeks for a simple rubber part, but it's probably not to common for them to have around. Can't imagine too many people have called up asking for what I asked for, or maybe it is. Idk. Maybe part of it is that it goes thru customs.

Sad news. The house sale that was going to pay off my X and finance a new lift fell through :Annoyed: The loan officer handling the financing for the people buying the house left his job and took the loan file with him. After all of this our Realtor can't get in touch with the people who had been under contract. So we got screwed :RAWRx2:

Now we have to re-list the house and hope that it sells again. It's been a whole damn year and we've came off the price 20k!

Haha, keen powers of deduction Stevin ;) You're sooo lucky I wasn't in need of those handles! I had the jump on yah!

Haha I wanted the RN90 but you beat me to it but you'll have to post up how its installed tho! I'm wanting to get a dog soon and have been heavily debating the RN90 or full sized rear net.

Well I got the nets all put up and I've got plans for adding a footman loop to hold the middle strap down to the A-pillar.

I moved the blue bag so that you can see how much clearance there would be to slide stuff underneath if you were to lay the seats down.
