Yea I had been wanting to do projectors for a really long time esp since the output of these clear housings is beyond horrid. I was able to swing them as a Christmas present haha.

And thanks Im glad to be part of the club.

Awesome rig man! I have been thinking about building a rear bumper with a swing out tire carrier on it. If you don't mind me asking, how much did it cost to make?

I forget the exact price it was to make but it was about $300 or so. The most expensive part was having the bumper portion bent so I could have the factory looking angles.

Thanks guys...heres the current project the projector retro fit. I figured out the mounting of the projectors tonight so next will be wiring everything up. Heres the paint scheme I decided to go with to match the rest of the truck

Looks good man. :D Where are you going to aim the cutoff to...what height? The standard is 2.5" of drop for every 25' of distance traveled....I think I went to 3.5" of drop, due to the lift, and the cutoff hits just below the side windows on cars as I go past them.

Ooooo those headlights are soooooo pretty! They look BA. I like the blacked out look on your rig, the red highlights are nice and clean. Good job!

Thanks guys I went with 2.5 below. They seem a little high because the truck is so high but I had my dad drive by me head on a few times while I was in my moms car and there was no glare or anything so I might leave it for a while and lower them in the future.

The light output is unreal. So smooth and wide.

I bought the Morimoto Stage III kit for $270 and then an extra $10 for the resealing glue which really worked well. Pricey but now that I see the results worth it IMO

Il try and get some picks of the truck today

I'm so happy with the light output. After a few nights of driving I would definitely reccomend these. The output it so nice I havent even used my high beams once because there is no need and there is no glare to oncoming traffic

I laughed when you said little snow... I couldn't tell if you were being sarcastic or not because down here in the South, that would shut down schools and businesses for a week.
