I've been battling with trying to get this thing to run right. If you remember, a while back I had to replace the intake boot thanks to a big tear.
Well I was having similar symptoms. I had no clue what it was. Vacuum leak, timing issue, fuel issue. I was under the hood digging around trying to find something and well, I found it.
Someone (me) didn't do so hot of a job installing that intake boot. Whoops. It was creased back up towards the filter housing. I feel stupid but I'd rather have this than a $100+ issue.
Now to fix a little exhaust leak and and she'll be in top notch shape!

That's not a bad idea. It's in a little strain haha as long as it's good flexible and not brittle it'll be fine

Close up of the little rigging I had to do. I couldn't find proper little ball stud (whatever it's called) to fit in on this side. Soooo. I used a small M4 bolt in its place.
The order from right to left is: M4 bolt, M4 washer, M4 nylon lock nut, M4 washer, 3/16 washer, bracket, 3/16 washer, M4 washer, M4 nylon nut. It works!

In case anybody hasn't heard about the brake calamity, my brakes failed while trailing URE. After further inspection, I've found the cause of the issue. My banjo fitting is rubbing (and sometimes catching enough to cause a leak) on my coilover.
As I was turning hard driver, my driver side wheel articulated up and caught on the coilover causing it to bend and cause a leak, seen in the third picture.
What can I do? Is adjusting the turn stops my only option? What do you guys think?

These are the only ones I got. I'm thinking if maybe I route that brake line counterclockwise and have it going straight down instead of between those 2 grooves it may miss the coilovers all together.

New brake line has arrived. Fitting to make said brake line work will arrive Monday/Tuesday-ish.

Just OEM replacement. I'm not going longevity with these. In the next 1-2 years, I plan on doing a 3 link coilover setup.

Well, the brake line is on and it's driving! For the first time in over 3 weeks. There are still some problems that need to be addressed. The way I have it routed now, puts the brake line right up against the tire when turned for driver. I'm thinking a soft spring anchored on the frame will keep the line out of all harms way.
That'll have it ready to go for the road, off road still needs a little more work. If you notice in the first picture, I have the line pointing straight down. I THINK that will keep it off the coil. I'm still gonna have to jack it up at different angles to try and find the worst case scenario and make sure it passes before it sees dirt again.
Other than that, I believe it's good. Definitely missed driving it the past 3+ weeks.

The fan is installed and (almost) wired up! Still waiting on my OTRATTW switch that'll match my ARB locker switches before I can completely wire it up.
