Xterra 1g Vs 2g Oem Rack Differences?

Xterra Community Members,

I thought I read in a post or heard in conversation among some Xterra owners at a meet up one time that there was a change in the roof line between the two.

Anyone in the community shed some light on the subject to kick start my researching task?

1st Gen rack is wider than the 2nd Gen rack and the point at which it dips down for the roofline is in a different place. Unfortunately I don't know the exact numbers.
