What is this sound?

So does anyone know what this sound is? It might be a common noise and perhaps someone may know what the problem is so I'm hoping someone can give me insight (also yes I had my battery hooked up at that time, I was airing up my tire but I didn't have it on so that wouldn't be the problem).

Just my defroster apparently. The fan going on and off. Never heard it tick like that before and didn't know my defroster was on at that time :/
