Okay I may just be a noob but how exactly are you guys mounting you IAB? are you using the IA washer that's between the bushing and the nut? or are you just butting up the bandit bushing straight to the IAB and using the nut or both washer and nut? also do yalls hole line up perfectly with the idler arm?

I'm pretty sure you don't use the washer, not enough threads if you do. I don't believe I have the washer on my TC/Bandit combo, but I will look to make sure. All my holes lined up perfect.

I haven't put it in yet I just lined up the idler arm in the brace and it seemed a little off but it may line up once I really tighten it down on the brace.

I have the calmini brace but I didn't use the washer, holes aren't perfect off the truck but once it's on and you tighten it down you will be good

mine from AC was off a little bit from the holes on the truck. I just put each bolt in enough to catch a few threads and get it started and kept rotating bolts until they were all in and then cranked them down because I was worried about it getting in a bind if the holes didnt line up and screwing up the threads on the bolts. I could have probably cranked them almost all the way down instead of a little at a time and been fine because it really wast off that far.

I also didnt use the washer

You do not reuse the factory washer. TC IAB takes the place of the washer. My TC IAB lines up perfectly with all the factory bolt holes.

Can you use the Total Chaos IAB with the Calmini steering? I really need a better solution then the Calmini one

If you use the full Calmini steering system, the idler arm mount itself is braced, and does not need another idler arm brace.

What issues are you having with the Calmini steering system?
