Torrington Nissan

Do you know anyone that works at Torrington Nissan in CT?
I have to take my X there tomorrow to drop it off for possible SMOD and am so nervous that they will not replace everything that is needed. I have only 2,000 miles left in my full warranty and am over 100,000 miles so with an extended warranty it wouldn't be covered as it is right now.

Anyone have experience talking with the service guys/gals at Nissan and making sure they do the job 100% and getting them to understand that the radiator, torque converter and transmission has to be replaced?

I don't have experience with Torrington, but I suggest you explain your concerns, have them write down on the service ticket the specific parts you want looked at and go from there.

ah torrington!! my father in law is from there and his mom just moved away from there into an old person home
