I don't normally use whiskey rocks or ice in my scotch, I normally keep my bottle of glenmoragnie in the freezer for an hour or so before I pour myself a couple ounces

Most high proof bourbons benefit from a touch of water/ice.

...not sure if quoting me to set context for others or forgetting how my bourbon knowledge is great.

I add 2-3 drops of water to open flavor profile of my high test stuff. George T Stagg and Stagg Jr are still “put hair on chest” even with that

Speaking of...a little less than two months before my single pour of 2017 George T. The girlfriend is excited to join me in celebrating my divorce-iversary bc she likes whiskey almost as much as tequila
