Morning

Bouncy castle & bbq birthday bash was another success this year.

Did 2 pork shoulders from the pig I butchered last fall, 1 cured and 1 regular. Had them in the smoker for almost 7 hours. And 2 home raised chickens in there for 2 hours. Was very tasty.
