Side Marker Wiring

I am trying to find a wiring schematic for the stock side marker lights; I have some need lights for my new bumper, and I need to know which is the negative going into the stock plug. If no one knows, I guess I'll have todo it the old fashioned way.

Use a pin and stab it into the middle of the wire then check it with your voltmeter....that way you won't have to cut the wire coating off.

Yeah, that's the old fashioned way.

Oh really? I didn't know that, I thought the old fashioned way was wetting your finger and testing to see which was live 12V and if you felt a little shock, well you found it, haha :D

Are you putting LED sidemarkers on the bumper? I think that would look sweet. I had LEDs on my 1st gen.

I am putting my RLC bumper on, and I have round LED side marker lights that mount on the front of the bumper. They're a 2 wire system, so what I am going to do, is save the stock harness, and solder the new wires to the male end of the harness.

That's exactly how my LED side markers are wired
