Short shifter?

Has any body cut down there shifter? The thing is way longer than it needs to be, if it was like 3 inches or so shorter it would be more comfterble to drive.

Just do the body lift. That is tall though. Ive had my BL so long i forgot it was like that. Sheesh. You could make 2 shifters with that thing...

I agree it was too long, but my 2" body lift put it at the perfect height.

It feels like the power wagon we had as a hay truck when I was a kid... when I was little and my dad made pedal extensions that I could drive it but the shifter was above the dash

Another vote for the body lift. It makes the shifter much more comfortable. There are no aftermarket options for that transmission unfortunately.

I mean, that's an option, sure. But since you're only planning on running spaced 31s the body lift would solve 99% of your cutting too.
