Removing plastic?

Alright, how do you go about removing the plastic where the base of the windshield wipers are? I need to paint it, but I am not 100% sure on how to remove it. I know I have to get the wipers off, but how is it in place?

Pry the cap off with a flat head

remove the nut then the wiper assembly.

I think it if a 10mm not sure.
The plastic is just clipped in and you can pop it off with a flat head. Just be careful and don't put to much pressure in one spot.

The caps over the nuts inn the wiper assembly are just plastic also.

Did it this afternoon. Took an hour to remove, clean, prime and paint. 12mm nut on the windshield arm.

What about all the weather seals at the base of the window and at the back of the hood where it meets the cowl?
