That's funny man. I went to the races one time and this lady was racing a freaking 2500 diesel ford. It was neat to listen to the turbo but that's about all it was good for.

Yup someone had a chevy 2500 HD out there if I'm right it was getting high 14's

There was a red mustang with a big engine of some kind...obviously fit for the track. Either his tranny was shot or he couldn't drive a stick. He was missing every gear and one run he got a 17.8 lol same thing as my buddies truck.

Fastest time I saw that night was a 9.8 by some car and a 9.9 by a street bike, the biker topped out at 142mph

The diesels can be fast if the driver knows what there doing. most guys around here that do it dont let the turbo spool up or air down the rubber.... makes for some sweet burnouts but thats it.

Nice. I need to go out there and race my X. I have dragged just on the street with some mustangs but would be awesome to be on a actual track.
