So if anyone would like to quiet down their garage door opener, here is a easy way to do that.
Search on amazon for garage opener insulators and install them like in my picture. Your door will
be dramatically quieter.
Also I added some turnbuckles for the weight support and to ensure no dropping of opener in event of insulator failure. It does not transmit any if much of the sound.
