Pro Compe Xtreme MT2... thoughts?

So it is getting close to time for some new shoes for Dasypus (MississippiGal's XTerra). While we have been relatively happy with the Firestone Destination MTs, we have decided to consider a few options for this next go around. Has anyone had any experience with the "new" Pro Comp Xtreme MT2s? I know the original MTs got mixed review, but I guess the MT2s just haven't gotten much coverage yet. The tread pattern looks good to me, but I don't know if they are worth the cost to experiment with. Any thoughts?

We will probably contact him. I was just hoping maybe someone on here may have given the tire a shot or knew someone who did. But yeah, we want to stay with an MT. Even though it is a daily driver, work takes it off road quite a bit and our fun trips usually involve some trails.

They have pretty frequent buy three get one free deals. I got in on that deal twice when I had my Bronco. Once with 33s and once with 35s. They were Xterrains though so I can't offer any advice on the MTs.
